THE PROBLEM IS...

1 | Identity and validation were never meant to be earned.

Yet we see it all around us as men chase validation through success, experiences, power, control, and possessions, but still finish each day as empty as it started.

2 | God designed identity and validation to be bestowed from a Father to a Son.

And He exemplified it Himself when He blessed Jesus in front of a crowd speaking from Heaven, “This is my son – identity. In Him I am well pleased – validation.”

3 | We as a society have relinquished this fatherly duty.

And we have been left with boys in men’s bodies leading our companies, governments, and families, desperately crying out, “validate me!” instead of stepping into true destiny.

We are dedicated to reclaiming our nation through integrated communities of men that are awakening destiny by empowering fathers & initiating sons.

Empowering Fathers

We know that most fathers are good men trying to be good dads, but like with most challenges, they simply lack the tools. That’s where we come in. For the dads that are willing to step up to the plate, we’re here for you. We will support and encourage you every step of the way.

Initiating Sons

Culture, wounds, media, girls, pride, friends, coaches, etc, are all constantly telling our boys what and who they should be (or not be). We as fathers need to stand in that gap, claim true identity over our sons, and walk alongside them in their journey of discovering Godly manhood.

Awakening Destiny

Once the question of identity and validation has been explicitly and healthily answered, boys can leave their obsession with building their own kingdoms, and as men, embrace God’s Kingdom, as well as the families, communities, organizations, and people they have been uniquely designed to steward.

THE AXIS PROJECT EXISTS...

to support, connect, and partner with fathers to initiate their sons into the community of men by rekindling the sacred act of “coming of age” ceremonies.

OUR PROCESS

1 | PREPARATION

A 6-week preparation course for fathers, designed to prepare their hearts and minds to lead their sons on an initiation weekend. The prep course is facilitated as a small group and guided via video and materials.

2 | INITIATION

A weekend retreat filled with fun, adventure, gifts, surprises, and tenderness, all facilitated through the preparation work accomplished beforehand, with a “coming of age” ceremony as its finale.

3 | COVENANT

The weekend concludes with fathers and sons entering into a mentorship relationship, defined by the father and agreed upon by the son, with a plan and roadmap for embracing Godly masculinity.
